Once you leave your luggage in the lockers, you can enjoy the city until your train departs without having to carry your bags. You can have peace of mind knowing that your luggage is just a few meters away from the train station.

If you need to catch a flight, Alicante Locker has a perfect location as it is situated between two of the main airport bus stops in the direction of the airport. These stops are the Renfe train station stop and the Plaza de los Luceros stop. This means you have the convenience of having your luggage just three minutes away from one of the airport bus stops.

Very simple! Just follow these easy steps:

1. Click on the 'BOOK A LOCKER' option.
2. Choose the dates for your reservation period.
3. Select the type and number of lockers that meet your needs (XL, L, or M).
4. Make the payment by entering a valid credit card.
5. You will receive a 6-digit numerical code and a QR code in your email to access your locker as many times as you need during the reservation period.

Certainly, in fact, it is the best way to ensure that you will have the locker with the features you need at the time you need it. This way, you can make sure your plans go smoothly.

You can book a locker up to 60 days in advance.

Sometimes plans change, and here at Alicante Locker, we understand that perfectly. You can freely cancel your reservation with a refund of the amount paid, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before your start date.

At the time of making the reservation, you will need to provide us with a valid email address and your mobile phone number, including the international prefix if it's not Spanish.

In this way, once the payment is processed, we will automatically send you an email with instructions and access details to the location, as well as the opening procedure for the reserved locker(s).

Access to the premises is restricted to individuals with an active reservation, having a personalized access code provided to them along with the opening code for the reserved locker(s).

During the reservation period, you can access your locker as many times as you need. This means you can store your personal belongings and, for example, if you've been shopping for a few hours and want to take a stroll around the city, simply visit the premises, open your locker, and deposit the items you no longer want to carry."

The general access schedule is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, although it may be extended or reduced depending on specific dates or circumstances. However, the schedule applied to your reservation will always be the one specified during the booking process.

Sometimes, selecting the appropriate size for a locker can be tricky, but using your knee can give you a very accurate estimate of the suitable locker size for your luggage.

In most cases, if your suitcase is equal to or smaller than the height of your knee, a small or medium-sized luggage locker will suffice. On the other hand, if the height of the suitcase exceeds your knee, you will need an XL-sized locker.

If you find that you need a larger luggage locker when using the reserved locker, don't worry. Simply reserve another locker of the necessary size for your luggage and follow these steps:

1. Reserve the locker size you need.
2. Provide us with the email address and phone number associated with both reservations by e-mail or WastsApp.
3. Let us know the locker number you want to cancel and the number of the new locker.
4. We will refund the amount of the replaced locker to the card you used for payment.

IMPORTANT
Remember that the replaced locker will be released at the moment you request its replacement, so you won't be able to access it anymore.

Alicante Locker specializes in large-sized luggage lockers. In fact, the vast majority of our luggage lockers are XL-sized, with sufficient capacity to accommodate up to four small cabin suitcases, two medium-sized suitcases, or one large suitcase.

The interior space of the XL lockers measures 85 cm in height, 60 cm in depth, and 47-50 cm in width, depending on the area.

In addition to the extra-large lockers, we also offer medium and small luggage lockers.

Since plans can sometimes change, if you delay for one or two days, you will simply have to pay the daily fee associated with the reserved storage for the number of days of delay.

Don't worry, you have 30 days from the end date of your reservation to contact Alicante Locker and provide us with the shipping details via a courier service to the address you specify.

The cost of this service will correspond to the sum of:

• The daily fee of the reserved storage multiplied by the number of delay days.
• Handling and preparation expenses for delivering the luggage to the courier service.
• The fee charged by the courier service.

The total amount will be communicated to you in advance and must be paid prior to the shipment of your personal belongings.

After 30 days from the end of the reservation period, unclaimed and uncollected luggage will be destroyed.
